Talking 300,000 deaths in the name of Ascalon

You know folks, the most funny thing about my guild is that it loves farming, and it farms everything that comes into our hands: the Charr, Ectos & Shards, the green items at Tomb, the noobs at TA, and many other things, but the most interesting farming Random Ascalon Fools have perfected themselves at is the deaths farming. By the order of our Guild Founder, the noble Prince Rurik, we're doing a great sacrifice which will wash away the sins of our once glorious kingdom. The Prince believes that if Master Ranger Dmitri will please the Gods of Guild Wars, the Kingdom of Ascalon will be reborn once again in Dwayna's light which will protect it from the future Guild Wars. Yet, to perform the needed rituals, Dmitri, as a true follower of the Cult of Ben Mikesh must offer 1,000,000 deaths to Goddess Dwayna at Temple of the Ages, so the future of Ascalon will no longer be obscure. Here's how this ritual is progressing... (hopefully, by the release of Chapter 3, it'll be finally complete =)

P.S. Thanks to Anet for creating the Res Shrines.

Way to go! I remember reading the post when you reached 100,000 deaths. It inspired me to death camp my pre-searing character at the rez shrine to level up my enemies, and in turn, kill them for xp(40,000 deaths approx.). Well, until ANet took the Nerfbat to it. Oh well. :P

It might have been a good one, if there was 300,000 deaths emote And regarding Fire Islands, I don't think my teammates will be happy to see me running into the group of Mursaat just to check if I'll get killed in one or two hits, yet for PvE Minion Factory it might be a very effective strategy to have somebody dying at one location and then moving to another. If I'm not mistaken, to make a moving sacrificer for MF you need to have a double -75 and one -50 hp modifier along with +20 hp Vampiric Sword of Fortitude equipped to keep yourself alive at 60% DP with just about 10 health.

Sorry, but I'm new to the game. How would I check the number of deaths I have? And is it possible to check how much I've played GW?

So after falling to the ground so many times I'm sure you have had quite a bit of dirt in your mouth, which raises the question, who has the best tasting soil?
